Robert Harte

Robert Harte, Principal, has been an entrepreneurial real estate developer for over 28 years, conducting the acquisition, financing, development, management, and disposition of real estate properties with an estimated total development valuation in excess of $2 billion USD.

In addition to his responsibilities with UDG, Mr. Harte serves as President and co-founder of South Swell Development Group, a nationally focused real estate development company with an environmental focus. Prior to this, he co-founded and served as managing member and president of Chicago based international real estate developer PRM Realty Group, LLC ("PRM") for 17 years, during which time he oversaw all aspects of PRM’s worldwide daily operations. Mr. Harte graduated from Quincy University with a B.S. degree in Business Management and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.

Lawrence Frej

Lawrence Frej, Principal, is a design and real estate professional specializing in high-end resort residential development.

Formerly, Mr. Frej was a Senior Vice-President with PRM Realty Group of Chicago. In this role, he led the envisioning, design and development of all of PRM’s projects world-wide, including most notably, Maluhia at Wailea, a luxury ocean-front residential development in Maui which broke all price records for similar product type in Hawaii at the time it came to market.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Frej served as an Objects Conservator at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture and City Planning from the University of Illinois and a Master of Fine Arts from the Rhode Island School of Design and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.

Jennifer Urquhart

Jennifer Urquhart is a seasoned marketing and management professional in the real estate, hospitality and leisure industries.  Her specialty is what she refers to as creative problem solving” and her experience spans a range of products, including hotels and resorts, casinos, cruise lines, destinations and real estate development.

Before joining UDG, Ms. Urquhart operated an independent marketing and management consulting firm, Urquhart & Associates, Inc., with both US and international clients.  She was also VP of Marketing for PRM Realty Group, where she spearheaded sales and marketing for projects in Hawaii, NY’s Hudson Valley and the US Virgin Islands.   Prior to PRM, Ms. Urquhart spent ten years as VP Sales and Marketing for the Lanai Company, the developer of all the real estate on the island of Lanai, as well as what is now the Four Seasons Lodge at Koele and the Four Seasons Manele Bay.

Ms. Urquhart has also held senior executive positions with Starwood Hotels Hawaii, Regency Cruises, Martin Marshall Jaccoma Mitchell Advertising, and Resorts International, Inc., Atlantic City, NJ, where she also held a real estate license.

Ms. Urquhart lives in Point Roberts, WA, where she is active in local governance, charities and community groups.  She has a BA in Biology from Mary Baldwin University and completed graduate work in journalism and communications.

Anastacia Fratto, a strategic operating partner of UDG started in the real estate industry over a decade ago, specifically focused on development in the Chicago MSA and across many high growth markets in the United States.

Starting with the Crown Family in 2006, Anastacia  worked on expanding development operations in Arizona, Florida, Tennessee, Texas, Indianapolis, among others;  seeking  investment and land development opportunities while overseeing the due diligence process. Through tenure in this position she acquired land to accommodate the development of more than 1,600 residential homes and over 1,400,000 square feet of commercial.  Following Crown Community Development, Anastacia joined DR Horton Homes, the nation’s largest publicly traded homebuilder and focused on providing new housing opportunities in the Chicago metro area. Anastacia’s passion for housing and intentional approach to create experienced focused developments; Fratto started ResElevate in 2017, a real estate development and consulting firm.

Anastacia is an active member of the Urban Land Institute who served as Advisory Board Member, Co-Chair Product Council, Suburban Development Committee, Co-Chair Public Policy, Co-Chair Leadership Exchange, Co-Chair Young Leader Group. Anastacia is also a member of CREW and 2016 winner of the Kahn Fellowship.

Dan Harte

Dan Harte is the founder and CEO of Tampa Contracting Services (“TCS”). TCS was founded in 1988 and is a leading site contracting company with an emphasis on the restoration and creation of ecologically and environmentally important lands. TCS current and past clients include the US Department of Interior, the U.S. Navy, Florida Department of Natural Resources, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Southwest Florida Water Management District, Sarasota Bay National Estuary Program, numerous county and municipal governments as well as private developers. In over 20 years of rebuilding natural habitats and the creation of these sensitive ecosystems, TCS has a most impressive 100% success rate. Dan earned his B.S. from the Florida Institute of Technology and his Masters in Science Education from the University of South Florida. Upon graduating from USF, Dan began his professsional career as a physics teacher. Five years later, Dan transistioned his technical skills to the construction industry and soon founded TCS.

Craig Knight

Craig Knight has worked in an entrepreneurial capacity in public and private real estate development firms as a Principal or Senior Director for thirty-two years. During that tenure, Mr. Knight has been involved in the horizontal and vertical development, including acquisition, entitlement, financing, design, and construction, of diverse asset classes including: land; commercial; retail, resort/hospitality/marina; luxury housing; multi-family; and special purpose. He has developed and/or constructed well in excess of 2 billion dollars of real estate across these many classes. Mr. Knight has also led the operations of both small and mid-sized commercial real estate management firms operating throughout the United States. Mr. Knight is considered an expert in developing strategies for and managing all aspects of complex real estate program management, strategic planning, and team building/personnel leadership.

Mr. Knight has also provided business management and strategy consulting to small and mid-size firms seeking operational and procedural guidance and outsourced execution. Mr. Knight has served as President and CEO of a National Public Charity that provides education platforms to the public about animal welfare and management. He has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and is a Licensed Engineer. In addition to completing numerous Masters level courses in business, finance, and process engineering; he holds an Illinois Real Estate Managing Brokers license.

Randall Hill

Mr. Hill has worked in the real estate industry for over 35 years specializing in: acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, underwriting, property management, asset management, portfolio management and private equity investment management. Mr. Hill has extensive experience in all asset types in both acquisitions and ground-up development.

Prior to joining UDG, Mr. Hill was Senior Vice President & Portfolio Manager at Blue Vista Capital Management, Chicago, IL. His duties included managing the day-to-day operations of Blue Vista Sponsor Equity Fund I & II ($270M) including investor communications, acquisitions, and dispositions, underwriting and closing equity investments. Prior to BVCM, Mr. Hill was Vice President at PRM Realty Group, LLC. Chicago, Illinois where he was responsible for analyzing, structuring and closing property acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to PRM, Mr. Hill was Vice President at RBG Financial, Inc. Chicago, Illinois where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and closing equity and debt investments in single family and multifamily residential development projects. Prior to RBG, Mr. Hill held acquisition and asset management positions at Ambassador Apartments, Equity Residential Properties Trust, Equity Assets Management, the Zell/Merrill Lynch Opportunity Funds and VMS Realty Partners. Mr. Hill received a B.S. from Kelley School of Business Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana.
