Sunrise Ridge is a luxury condominium development within the Yellowstone Club, a private ski and golf community located in Big Sky, Montana, consisting of 28 Duplex and 30 Triplex residences, as well as a community clubhouse featuring a gym and infinity-edged pool. The residences at Sunrise Ridge are set amidst a southern facing 123 acre ridge with stunning views of two of the club’s prominent ski mountains and convenient access to all of its amenities. UDG was the designated developer for Sunrise Ridge, with responsibilities that included cultivation of investor and sales broker relations, coordination and oversight of all design professionals, and full project and construction management through its completion in 2015.
