Aquila Farm

Aquila Farm is an equestrian estate property of approximately 80 acres located in Hamilton, MA, on Boston’s North Shore.  After acquiring the property in July 2013, UDG successfully re-envisioned this historically significant farm by creating a low-density, eight parcel residential plan, all while preserving and maintaining a majority of the land in active agricultural and open space use. Ultimately, the plan perpetuates the agricultural spirit of the property and the community at large.  All individual parcels were sold out in less than a year from its bulk acquisition.
